Today is my last day at my old job...almost eight years of lawyering for different corporations...and almost eight years of fun and grief. By 6:30 pm tonight I will forever close this chapter in my life leaving behind a job that I'm so used to do for almost eight years. Goodbye to my colleagues and staff, goodbye office and goodbye litigation.
Monday, November 7, 2005 will be an entirely new world for me. I will take on a new role...more administrative functions...and more active participation in the management of the business. I will not be required to think of anything but airplanes, airlines, airports, aircraft engines and anything relating to aviation. Working in said industry, which has been my passion for a long time,is really a dream come true for me.
